The Société Fermière du Casino Municipal de Cannes (SFCMC) operates, through its subsidiaries the Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic Cannes, Hôtel Barrière Le Gray d’Albion Cannes, Hôtel Barrière Le Carl Gustaf St-Barth, the Casino Barrière Le Croisette Cannes, as well as the beaches of the Majestic and the Gray d'Albion.
Today SFCMC consists of 3 hotels totalling 570 rooms, suites and cottages, 2 casinos (209 Slot Machines and 14 Games Tables), 7 restaurants (including three on the beach) and 6 bars, close to 100 events per year, 2 spas, 1 unique private projection room, over 700 employees.
Revenue for the fiscal year:

- 2020-2021: €84.5 million (Covid period)
- 2021-2022: €163.1 million
- 2022-2023: €164.0 million
SFCMC is 67.23% owned by Société de Participation Deauvillaise, 25.94% by Casinvest*, and 6.83% by the public (SFCMC is listed on the primary market of Euronext Paris).
SFCMC holds commercial agreements with the Groupe Lucien Barrière and benefits from its technical assistance via service agreements.
