Local products for authentic flavours

 

The “Tables Barrière” are committed to responsible cuisine, with special emphasis on local and seasonal products. Le Fouquet’s Cannes at the Hôtel Barrière Le Majestic has retained the spirit of its Parisian sibling while offering cuisine with a Mediterranean touch. Jane's Bar at the Hôtel Barrière le Gray d'Albion draws its inspiration from organic and fair trade products, while La Petite Maison de Nicole offers Provençal cuisine in a chic, modern, convivial and friendly setting.

 

Finally, La Terrasse du Gray marks a renaissance in dining at the Hôtel Barrière Le Gray d’Albion in the greatest tradition of the South of France with a magnificent patio.

 

Festive pop-up venues for unique experiences

 

In the kitchens of the 38 The Place at the Gray d'Albion, open exclusively during the convention and festival season, the chef Fabrice Gautier creates generous and sophisticated dishes.

 

Mediterranean vegetables, creative salads, sushi with a twist. The Restaurant La Plage Barrière Le Majestic illustrates the gastronomic range and expertise of SFCMC’s establishments.

 

At the Restaurant de la Plage Privée at the Gray d'Albion, diners can enjoy a special experience during the summer season, from mid-March to late October. In July and August, a DJ hosts themed evenings for sharing and having fun with friends. A party atmosphere can be found all year round at the famous Les Marches terrace-lounge at the Casino Barrière Croisette.

 

 

When gastronomy meets gaming

 

Committed to offering its customers exceptional experiences, SFCMC has developed a new concept that combines fun and entertainment. At the Casino Barrière Les Princes, the VIP room guest table can play host to ten guests for a dinner in the heart of the gaming tables.

 

The Casino Barrière Croisette also offers players a chance to relax either with something delicious to eat at the Café Croisette or a cocktail at the Slot Machine Bar in the lively atmosphere of the gaming room.

 

Between its hotels and casinos, a staff of more than 250 in high season are fully dedicated to quality and excellence, with the goal of ensuring the expectations of our gourmet customers are always met.
